١. مقدمة

نحن في ميقات AI نقدّر خصوصيتك. هذه السياسة توضّح كيف نجمع ونستخدم ونحمي بياناتك عند استخدامك لتطبيق ميقات AI — رفيقك للثبات على صلاة الفجر. تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق ميقات AI على نظامَي iOS من Apple وAndroid، بما في ذلك النسخ الموزعة عبر App Store وGoogle Play. قد تختلف الميزات والأذونات المتاحة بحسب النظام وإصدار التطبيق.

٢. البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف نجمعها

نجمع الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل التطبيق:

الاسم الأول — يُجمع عند التسجيل في التطبيق، ويُستخدم لتخصيص الرسائل والتنبيهات

الفئة العمرية — يُجمع عند التسجيل، ويُستخدم لتخصيص المحتوى المناسب

الاختيار العاطفي — يُجمع أثناء التسجيل (اختيارك في شاشة المشاعر)، ويُستخدم لتخصيص عنوان صفحة الاشتراك

معرّف الجهاز — معرّف عشوائي فريد (UUID) يُنشأ محليًا على جهازك عند أول استخدام، ويُستخدم لتحديد عدد مرات التحقق اليومي (١٠ مرات كحد أقصى). يُحذف تلقائيًا بعد ٩٠ يومًا من عدم النشاط

بيانات سلسلة الصلاة (streak) وسجل الفجر اليومي — تُخزّن محليًا على جهازك فقط

الموقع الجغرافي التقريبي (coarse location) — يُستخدم فقط لحساب وقت الفجر بدقة، ويُعالج محليًا ولا يُرسل لأي سيرفر

بيانات الاستخدام والتحليلات: نجمع أحداثًا حول كيفية تفاعلك مع التطبيق — مثل الشاشات التي تُعرض والإجراءات الأساسية داخل التطبيق — وذلك عبر خدمة PostHog. ترتبط هذه الأحداث بمعرّف جهاز عشوائي مستعار، ولا تُربط باسمك أو هويتك الشخصية، ولا تُستخدم لتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى. نستخدمها فقط لتحسين التطبيق.

٣. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

نستخدم بياناتك فقط للأغراض التالية:

تخصيص تجربتك في التطبيق (الاسم والفئة العمرية)

حساب وقت صلاة الفجر بدقة حسب موقعك الجغرافي

التحقق من صورة الوضوء لإيقاف المنبه (عبر Google Gemini AI — بموافقتك المسبقة)

تتبع سلسلة صلاتك (streak) محليًا على جهازك

إرسال إشعارات متعلقة بصلاة الفجر فقط

إدارة اشتراكك عبر Apple App Store على iOS أو Google Play على Android، بحسب المتجر الذي اشتريت منه

تحسين استقرار التطبيق عبر تقارير الأعطال التقنية

٤. الصور والتحقق بالذكاء الاصطناعي

عند استخدام الكاميرا لالتقاط صورة التحقق، يمكنك التحكم في إذن الكاميرا من إعدادات جهاز iOS أو Android. إذن الكاميرا منفصل عن موافقتك على إرسال الصورة للتحقق بالذكاء الاصطناعي. قد يؤدي رفض الإذن أو سحبه إلى تعطيل ميزة التحقق بالصور.

الصور والتحقق

عند استخدام ميزة التحقق لأول مرة، سيطلب منك التطبيق موافقتك الصريحة على إرسال الصورة لنظام الذكاء الاصطناعي.

مسار الصورة: جهازك ← خادمنا الآمن (Supabase Edge Function) ← Google Gemini AI للتحقق ← النتيجة فقط تعود إليك.

الصورة تُعالج في الذاكرة المؤقتة على خادمنا ولا تُحفظ عندنا. تُرسل إلى Google Gemini للتحقق وفقًا لشروط Gemini API. نستخدم الإصدار المدفوع الذي لا يستخدم بياناتك لتدريب النماذج.

النتيجة الوحيدة المحفوظة: "تم التحقق" أو "لم يتم التحقق" مع التاريخ — بدون الصورة نفسها.

بعد التحقق، تُحذف الصورة فورًا من جهازك.

٥. الموقع الجغرافي

نطلب إذن الموقع الجغرافي لحساب وقت صلاة الفجر بدقة حسب مكانك.

نستخدم الموقع التقريبي (coarse location) فقط — لا نحتاج ولا نجمع الموقع الدقيق.

جميع حسابات وقت الصلاة تتم محليًا على جهازك. إحداثياتك لا تُرسل لأي سيرفر خارجي.

٦. الإشعارات

على iOS وAndroid، يمكنك إدارة أذونات التطبيق من إعدادات الجهاز. إذا طلب إصدار Android إذن المنبهات والتذكيرات أو أذونات أخرى مرتبطة بالمنبه، فإنها تُستخدم لتشغيل تنبيهات الفجر في موعدها. قد يؤثر رفض هذه الأذونات في عمل المنبه.

نرسل إشعارات تتعلق بصلاة الفجر فقط — لا إعلانات ولا رسائل تسويقية.

تقدر توقف الإشعارات أو تتحكم فيها من إعدادات التطبيق أو إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت.

٧. الاشتراكات والدفع

تُعالج المشتريات داخل التطبيق عبر Apple App Store على iOS أو Google Play على Android عند إتاحة الاشتراكات عبر ذلك المتجر. يتولى المتجر معالجة الدفع وفقًا لسياساته. لا نتلقى أو نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك الائتمانية الكاملة. تُستخدم معلومات الشراء وحالة الاشتراك اللازمة للتحقق من اشتراكك وإتاحة الميزات المدفوعة عبر RevenueCat.

لإدارة الاشتراك أو إلغائه، استخدم إعدادات الاشتراكات في حساب Apple للمشتريات من App Store، أو قسم «الدفعات والاشتراكات ← الاشتراكات» في Google Play للمشتريات منه. استخدم الحساب والمتجر اللذين تم الشراء من خلالهما.

٨. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة

لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث — أبدًا.

لا نشارك بياناتك الشخصية مع أي جهة إعلانية — التطبيق لا يحتوي على إعلانات.

نستخدم الخدمات التالية، وجميعها تلتزم بنفس مستوى حماية بياناتك أو أعلى من المنصوص عليه في هذه السياسة:

RevenueCat — للتحقق من المشتريات وإدارة حالة الاشتراكات من App Store أو Google Play، بما يشمل معرّفات مستخدم التطبيق ومعلومات الشراء والاشتراك اللازمة لهذه الخدمة. لا يتلقون اسمك أو موقعك أو صورك. سياسة الخصوصية

Sentry — لتتبع الأعطال التقنية. يستقبل بيانات تقنية فقط: نوع الجهاز، إصدار النظام، تفاصيل الأعطال — بدون اسمك أو موقعك أو صورك. سياسة الخصوصية

Google Gemini AI — للتحقق من صورة الوضوء فقط (بموافقتك المسبقة). نستخدم الإصدار المدفوع الذي لا يستخدم بياناتك لتدريب النماذج. شروط الخدمة

PostHog — خدمة تحليلات خارجية نستخدمها لفهم كيفية استخدام التطبيق. تُرسَل أحداث الاستخدام مرتبطةً بمعرّف جهاز عشوائي مستعار وتُعالَج على خوادم داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي. لا تُستخدم هذه البيانات للإعلانات ولا لتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أخرى. سياسة الخصوصية

٩. حذف البيانات

حذف جميع بياناتك من داخل التطبيق:

الإعدادات ← حذف حسابي وجميع بياناتي

هذا يحذف: بياناتك المحلية (الاسم، السلسلة، التفضيلات) + معرّف جهازك من خوادمنا + سجلات التحقق — بشكل نهائي وفوري.

كبديل، تقدر تتواصل معنا على support@miqataiapp.com لطلب حذف حساب ميقات AI والبيانات المرتبطة به، حتى إذا لم يعد التطبيق مثبتًا لديك. اكتب «طلب حذف بيانات ميقات AI» في عنوان الرسالة وحدد نظام التشغيل الذي تستخدمه. قد نطلب المعلومات الضرورية فقط لتحديد بياناتك والتحقق من الطلب؛ لا ترسل كلمة مرور حساب Apple أو Google أو بيانات بطاقتك. سنحذف جميع بياناتك خلال ٣٠ يومًا كحد أقصى.

إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق لا يُعدّ طلبًا لحذف البيانات المحفوظة على خوادمنا، وقد تبقى بعض البيانات في النسخ الاحتياطية للجهاز أو التخزين الآمن بحسب النظام وإعداداتك. استخدم خيار الحذف داخل التطبيق أو تواصل معنا لطلب حذف بياناتك. حذف البيانات أو إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق لا يلغي الاشتراك تلقائيًا؛ ألغِ الاشتراك من المتجر الذي اشتريت منه.

سجلات التحقق (التاريخ + النتيجة فقط) تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد ١٢ شهرًا.

معرّف الجهاز (UUID) يُحذف تلقائيًا بعد ٩٠ يومًا من عدم النشاط.

١٠. أمان البيانات

نستخدم تشفير SSL/TLS لجميع الاتصالات بين التطبيق والخوادم.

البيانات الحساسة تُخزّن محليًا على جهازك باستخدام مخزن آمن مشفّر.

مفاتيح API والبيانات السرية محفوظة في بيئة الخادم فقط ولا تظهر في التطبيق.

١١. حقوقك

الحق في معرفة البيانات التي نجمعها عنك

الحق في حذف جميع بياناتك من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← حذف حسابي وجميع بياناتي)

الحق في سحب موافقتك في أي وقت

الحق في إلغاء اشتراكك من إعدادات اشتراكات Apple أو Google Play، بحسب متجر الشراء

الحق في إيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات التطبيق أو الجهاز

الحق في إيقاف إذن الموقع من إعدادات الجهاز

الحق في رفض إرسال الصور لنظام التحقق

١٢. الأطفال

ميقات AI مصمم للمستخدمين من عمر ١٣ سنة فما فوق.

المستخدمون بين ١٣ و١٧ سنة يُنصحون باستخدام التطبيق بإشراف ولي الأمر.

لا نجمع بيانات عن قصد من الأطفال دون ١٣ سنة. إذا علمنا بجمع بيانات من طفل دون ١٣ سنة، سنحذفها فورًا.

١٣. تحديثات السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سنُعلمك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق قبل تطبيق التغييرات.

استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على السياسة المحدّثة.

1. Introduction

At Miqat AI, we value your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use Miqat AI — your companion for consistency in Fajr prayer. This policy applies to Miqat AI on Apple iOS and Android, including versions distributed through the App Store and Google Play. Available features and permissions may vary by platform and app version.

Miqat AI is developed by GoldenHands Center LLC.

By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with this policy.

2. What Data We Collect and How We Collect It

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the app:

First name — collected during registration and used to personalize messages and alerts.

Age group — collected during registration and used to tailor appropriate content.

Emotional preference — collected during registration (your selection on the feelings screen) and used to personalize the subscription page heading.

Device identifier — a random unique identifier (UUID), generated locally on your device on first use and used to limit daily verification attempts to a maximum of 10. It is automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity.

Prayer streak data and daily Fajr history — stored only locally on your device.

Approximate location (coarse location) — used only to calculate Fajr time accurately, processed locally, and never sent to a server.

Usage and analytics data: through PostHog, we collect events about how you interact with the app, such as screens viewed and key actions. These events are associated with a random pseudonymous device identifier, are not linked to your name or personal identity, and are not used to track you across other apps or websites. We use them only to improve the app.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only for the following purposes:

Personalizing your app experience (name and age group).

Calculating Fajr prayer time accurately based on your location.

Verifying a wudu photo to stop the alarm (through Google Gemini AI, with your prior consent).

Tracking your prayer streak locally on your device.

Sending notifications related only to Fajr prayer.

Managing your subscription through the Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android, depending on where you purchased it.

Improving app stability through technical crash reports.

4. Photos and AI Verification

When using the camera to capture a verification photo, you can manage camera permission in your iOS or Android device settings. Camera permission is separate from your consent to send a photo for AI verification. Denying or revoking permission may prevent photo verification from working.

Photo Verification

When you first use verification, the app will ask for your explicit consent to send the photo to the AI system.

Photo processing path: your device → our secure server (Supabase Edge Function) → Google Gemini AI for verification → only the result is returned to you.

The photo is processed in temporary memory on our server and is not stored by us. It is sent to Google Gemini for verification under the Gemini API Terms. We use the paid version, which does not use your data to train models.

The only information saved is “verified” or “not verified,” together with the date — without the photo itself.

After verification, the photo is immediately deleted from your device.

5. Location

We request location permission to calculate Fajr prayer time accurately for your location.

We use only approximate location (coarse location). We do not need or collect precise location.

All prayer-time calculations take place locally on your device. Your coordinates are not sent to any external server.

6. Notifications

On iOS and Android, you can manage app permissions through device settings. If your Android version requests alarms and reminders access or other alarm-related permissions, these are used to deliver Fajr alarms on time. Denying these permissions may affect alarm functionality.

We send notifications related only to Fajr prayer, with no advertising or marketing messages.

You can disable or manage notifications in the app settings or your device settings at any time.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android where subscriptions are offered through that store. The store handles payment under its own policies. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Purchase information and subscription status needed to validate your subscription and provide paid features are handled through RevenueCat.

Manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple account subscription settings. For Google Play subscriptions, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Use the account and store through which you made the purchase.

8. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We never sell your data to any third party.

We do not share your personal data with advertisers. The app does not contain advertising.

We use the following services, all of which provide the same or a higher level of data protection than described in this policy:

RevenueCat — to validate purchases and manage App Store or Google Play subscriptions, including app user identifiers and purchase and subscription information needed for this service. They do not receive your name, location, or photos. Privacy Policy

Sentry — to track technical crashes. It receives only technical data: device type, operating system version, and crash details, without your name, location, or photos. Privacy Policy

Google Gemini AI — only to verify wudu photos, with your prior consent. We use the paid version, which does not use your data to train models. Terms of Service

PostHog — a third-party analytics service used to understand how the app is used. Usage events are sent with a random pseudonymous device identifier and processed on servers in the European Union. This data is not used for advertising or tracking you across other apps. Privacy Policy

9. Deleting Your Data

Delete all your data from within the app:

Settings → Delete My Account and All My Data

This permanently and immediately deletes your local data (name, streak, and preferences), your device identifier from our servers, and verification records.

Alternatively, you can request deletion by contacting support@miqataiapp.com. You can request deletion of your Miqat AI account and associated data even if you no longer have the app installed. Use the subject “Miqat AI data deletion request” and specify your operating system. We may ask only for information needed to locate your data and verify the request; do not send your Apple or Google password or payment-card details. We will delete all your data within a maximum of 30 days.

Uninstalling the app does not request deletion of server-side data. Some data may remain in device backups or secure storage depending on your operating system and settings. Use the in-app deletion option or contact us to request data deletion. Deleting data or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription; cancel it through the store where you purchased it.

Verification records (date and result only) are automatically deleted after 12 months.

The device identifier (UUID) is automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity.

10. Data Security

We use SSL/TLS encryption for all communications between the app and servers.

Sensitive data is stored locally on your device in secure encrypted storage.

API keys and confidential data are kept only in the server environment and are not exposed in the app.

11. Your Rights

The right to know what data we collect about you.

The right to delete all your data from within the app (Settings → Delete My Account and All My Data).

The right to withdraw your consent at any time.

The right to cancel your subscription through Apple or Google Play subscription settings, depending on the store of purchase.

The right to disable notifications in the app or device settings.

The right to disable location permission in device settings.

The right to refuse to send photos to the verification system.

12. Children

Miqat AI is designed for users aged 13 and older.

Users aged 13–17 are advised to use the app under parental or guardian supervision.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

13. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through an in-app notification before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the app after an update means you agree to the updated policy.
